Meet Stacey
Welcome. I'm Stacey Waldman-Manocchio, owner of In Good Taste Catering By Stacey. Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, I am fortunate to be part of a rich cooking heritage that began with my great-grandmother. My great grandparents owned a restaurant and many of their traditional recipes were handed down to me by my grandmother and mother.
As a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Culinary Institute of America, my background has led me to specialize in different kinds of events; weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, barbecues, children's and theme parties, as well as corporate functions and much more. By combining my passion for food and my flair for entertaining, I have earned an excellent reputation for catering delicious food with style and elegance.
